Each year we offer our popular summer camps and clinics. Registration is now closed for 2024 Summer Camps. Enrollment for next year’s camps will begin in March 2025.

Summer Camp for Preschool Ages
This camp will be for children ages 3 years old and 4-5 years of age. Camp will feature obstacle courses, games, physical activities and crafts. This Summer Camp will have a different theme each week. For example: themes will be Beach, Zoo and Olympics just to name a few. Join us for teamwork, cooperation and social interaction within a physical interactive environment.

Summer Cheer Camp
Ages 6-13
Cheer Camp has been so fun and we are excited to be offering it again. The Summer Cheer Camp will have 15 practices with the opportunity to perform their routine at the end of summer in front of friends & family.
Our Cheer Camp will focus on basic cheerleading skills and tumbling. The kids will learn a routine and be able to perform in front of friends and family. Each cheerleader will receive a tee shirt with their name on it and pom-poms.

Summer Performance Camp
Ages 6-13
During our Performance Camp the kids will learn a dance routine mixed in with some gymnastic skills they have learned. Each participant will receive a matching T-shirt with their name on it and a hair bow (scrunchie).
We will have 15 practices during 8 weeks with a night to perform what they learn, in front of friends and family.

Summer Back Clinics
Ages 6-13
This summer we will be offering our Back Clinic. During these 50 minute classes, the kids will only be working on fexibility, strength, back walkovers and back handsprings. Coach Kristi follows a progression here at Upbeat.
1st: Get strength and fexibility in your back and shoulders.
2nd: Work on a controlled backbend.
3rd: Kick over that back bend getting strength in your arms.
4th: Drop into a backbend.
5th: Work on getting a controlled walkover.
6th: Start working your back handspring.
A progression is important for safety and protection to your head and neck.

Summer Aerial Clinics
Ages 7-13
The Aerial Clinic will work on front and side Aerials. The drills they will work on will help with strength and power to help progress towards their Aerial.
